Residents

We strive to recruit residents who are well-rounded, self-motivated, and hard-working. We recruit residents from all over the United States, with 8 residents per class for a total of 24 residents during an academic year. We cultivate a sense of camaraderie between all residents, with only subtle role differences per class.

Our residents have a great work-life balance. They are able to partake in hobbies and group events. They typically have gatherings, such as trivia or meals, multiple times during any given week.
